St. Louis (July 23, 2014) — CSTK Inc., a diversified distributor of transportation, construction and communications equipment and related services, has appointed Green Street St. Louis, a full service real estate development, brokerage and management company, to design and build a new 56,000 sq. ft. facility in St. Louis, Missouri. This all-new facility will offer service and sales facilities for CSTK’s diverse lineup of products, including its primary line of Thermo King transport temperature control equipment. Additional products and services include trailer repair, aftermarket parts and repair/installation services. This facility is slated to be completed in the first quarter of 2015, with a move-in date of March 1, 2015.
This all-new, larger facility will eventually replace CSTK’s current St. Louis location, which has operated in the region for over 20 years. Located on Carrie Avenue off of North Broadway at I-70, CSTK’s new St. Louis facility will be centrally and conveniently located to serve the needs of the transportation industry including tractor-trailer fleets, rail yard/intermodal operations, users of transport temperature control equipment, and off-road HVAC. The operation will also house CSTK subsidiary Kahn Truck Equipment, a custom mechanic and service truck provider, and will eliminate the need for additional off-site parking and warehouse space.

CSTK’s new St. Louis location will feature a drop lot with space for 150 trailers, rail yard access, and a classroom for employee and customer training events. The 16-bay, 16 acre service facility will eventually hire additional transport refrigeration and trailer repair technicians, expanding their St. Louis workforce. The location also features additional space for future expansion. Construction of the new building is currently underway.

In 2015-2016, CSTK will bring online new facilities in Wichita, KS and Philadelphia, PA, and renovated facilities in Oklahoma City, OK.
